Isatu on the far left, is sister to Isata and Kadi. We didn't know she existed even though her two sisters were in the Dove program. She is 12 years old and very quiet. She almost lost a leg when the DOVE children were involved in a serious car accident last year. Although she had never attended school, since coming to Dove she tries very hard at her school work.
Beside Isatu is Mabinty. She is our fastest growing Dove child at the moment it appears she is destined to be very tall. Her mother died when she was 9 years old. Her was was never known. She sings like an angel and often leads singing in her church. She always has a smile and hug waiting for us. |
